I am worried sick about Daniel being exposed to germs and everything he is possibly touching or coming into contact with at school. I saw they had a snake at the school on Friday and thought NO WAY! NO WAY in HELL he would ever touch that, not with how careful he always is. Not Daniel. And as the day wore on I wondered and wondered and as soon as I picked him up I had to ask right away. First thing out of the kid's little excited mouth after "I love school so much". "I held a snake today. I made sure I was the very first one so that it didn't have everyone elses germs all over it by the time I got my turn." AAAARRRGGGHHHH. What the fuck kind of logic is that. It is a friggin' reptile. I am going to take a good guess and say it wasn't venomous and am glad he had his tetnous shot on Monday but OMG he just started school three days ago. He said he thought it was best not to wrap it around his neck like the other kids and that he washed his hands right away so it is okay. How am I going to handle this? There is not enough Purell in the world.
